Centering: Being fully present, connected to self.

One is centered when one is in touch with the self, calm and open.

The goal of being centered in Healing Touch is to clear the ego in order connect more deeply with the internal self, Higher Power and to be fully open to others.  It is finding within oneself an inner reference of stability.  (Feel Good Now p.   )





  • We breathe deeply.
  • We close our eyes.
  • We notice our breath.
  • We release worry.
  • We breathe in calming energy to replenish .
  • We replenish with breathing in and out.
  • We add thoughts and replenish with breath in, breath out.
  • We feel centered and clear.
